Delegates must have a minimum of 12 months practical experience of scaffolding operations following the attainment of their CISRS Scaffolder Card. You will need to be able to climb up and down ladders safely and also be capable of handling scaffold boards and steel scaffold poles. You will need to supply a copy of your CISRS scaffolder card prior to attending the advanced course.
This course is designed for delegates who want to progress from a qualified scaffolder to an Advanced scaffolder. The course is aimed to give you knowledge, skills and understanding of erecting, altering and dismantling complex scaffold structures. Completing of NVQ level 3 Access & Rigging operations with site observation and work based evidence to gather once you have completed your CISRS Advanced training course.
Successful delegates will receive a CISRS 10 day Advanced Scaffolder Certificate.
Delegates must complete 6 months on site experience and achievement of NVQ Level 3 before progressing onto the CISRS 2 Day Skills.
Hard hats are issued, but PPE including safety harness MUST be brought together with spanners, levels and tapes. Gloves MUST be worn at all times during training. Shorts are not acceptable
