Pre-contract: Services include Supply Chain Management service to assist you in development of long term partnering relationships with your key suppliers and sub-contractors ensuring compliance with competence and capability requirements along with cost savings that come with mutually beneficial relationships. Scaffolding safety that includes assessment of all scaffolding and work at height activities at pricing stage, development of scaffolding specifications that ensures scaffolding on your sites is not only to the requirements of regulations but best industry standard, development of scaffolding brief and designs with which to go out to tender with, evaluation of scaffolding tenders. Working at Height services include specifications of all work at height including MEWP’s, lightweight tower scaffolding, podium steps, ladders, use of safety harnesses supported by Work at Height training in all these areas. Waste Management services include development of site waste management plans.

Contract: During the contract period Safety and Access can support your site with a construction site Health & Safety Inspection carried out on a one off basis or as part of a regular series of site audits on an agreed frequency on individual sites or all of yours sites to get an independent view of your compliance with statutory and company requirements; we can also provide incident/accident investigation and support following HSE action.

Scaffolding Safety is an area we have extensive expertise in and these services include independent statutory 7 day scaffold inspections, scaffold tie pull out testing, scaffolding safety audits, scaffolding materials inspection, advice on Scaffolders safe working practices and all aspects on access and scaffolding we are not know as “the Access Industry Safety Experts” for nothing, this is a tag our clients have given us over the years.

During the contract period we are also able to support our clients by a vast range of Training Services for management, supervision and operatives.
